We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please check your items as soon as they arrive and try them on carefully using a little talcum powder. Please avoid using any shine or care products during your first try-on to keep your return or exchange options valid.
Please note that the warranty becomes void if a garment has been chlorinated.
If you encounter a problem, don't hesitate to contact us via email. Just send us high-resolution images of the item, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
If you wish to exercise your legal right to return an item, please send it back to us in the exact same condition as you received it.
Some items are excluded from returns or exchanges, including custom-made products, individually tailored items, and accessories such as gloves, socks, and toys. Therefore, please carefully review our size guide before placing your order. If you're unsure, we're happy to help – just drop us a message!

Don't forget to include a copy of your invoice (at least the invoice number) as well as your name and address.
Returns from outside the EU
If you're returning an item from outside the EU, it's essential to declare the item value as "zero" on the shipping documents and the outside of the package. Since you've already paid customs duties when receiving the item, the return value becomes zero. If this information is missing, we would be liable for import duties, which may result in us rejecting the package and it being returned to you.
